Return Policy
We accept exchanges only. You may be eligible to return unopened
items in the original packaging for exchange of the same item, or equal
item. Only regular priced items may be exchanged.
Sale and clearance items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

We only exchange goods if they are defective, or damaged, or for size.
In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you
should promptly contact us using our order contact form with details of
the product and the defect. We will request photos from you as proof of
damage.
Exchanges do not include prepaid shipping and handling charges.
Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid by you.
In the event the item is defective and we do not have a suitable
replacement item for you, we may refund you the amount of that item
plus shipping.
